You can permanently delete your PDF Converter account and all server-side data from inside the app. If you've already uninstalled the app, you can still request deletion by email.
Option A — Delete from inside the app
Open PDF Converter and follow these 4 steps.
Open the menu
On the home screen, tap the ☰ menu icon in the top-left corner.
Go to Profile
In the menu that slides out, tap Profile.
Tap "Delete My Account & Data"
Scroll down on your Profile screen and tap the red Delete My Account & Data button.
Confirm the request
A dialog explains what will happen. Tap Request Deletion to confirm. Your request is sent to our server and processed within 90 days.
Option B — Request by email
If you've uninstalled the app or can't access it, email us instead.
Send an email to the address below from the account you signed up with, including the line "Please delete my account". We'll verify it's you and process the deletion manually.
